The first look of The Mandalorian was witnessed by the Star Wars fans in the month of April. The footage was not even released publicly. The first trailer for The Mandalorian was then debuted and released in August 2019 at Disney’s D23 Expo. The trailer offers a very tense look at the dark and the gritty stars adventure.
The cast of the movie includes the actress from Twilight Saga: Eclipse and Cold Pursuit named as Julia Jones. Ming-Na Wen, Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones) as the Mandalorian himself. Giancarlo Esposito (below), aka drug kingpin Gus Fring on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are the big names included in the cast.

The debut release of the Mandalorian was released on November 12, 2019, which will be exclusively releasing on Disney+ or the Disney streaming service. The day is the same day when Disney+ marked its North American debut. The Mandalorian is not the only Star Wars series coming to Disney+.

The series titled as Mandalorian is expected to set in seven years after the Battle of Endor in Star Wars: Episode 6- Return of the Jedi. It features many characters who are new to the Star Wars universe. Many of these characters have created via CGI and motion capture technology. This is similar to what Favreau has used in his live-action adaptation of the Jungle Book for Disney. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and also after the emergence of the first order. We follow all the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy which is far from the authority of the New Republic.
