
This year, the Open Championship is considered to be the 148th Open Championship. The tournament is scheduled for 18 to 21 July at Royal Portrush Golf Club in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. This year, the winner is going to get $1,935,000, which is 18 percent of the total purse i.e., $10.75 million. This year, the purse has been increased from the last year i.e., $10,500,000 and the champion of last year that is Molinari has collected $1.44 million for his win in the year 2018.
