Twerkfest 305

If you prefer something bold and loud then we must suggest you to head for Twerkfest 305, which is proposing a $1,000 twerk competition at District 3 (3632 NW 25th Ave., 305-527-3653 to RSVP) in Wynwood. Although, we are not such assured how patriotic rump-shaking applies to Memorial Day, but $1,000 sounds like a well-intentioned donation to contribute to a local veteran’s fund. The party will be held at the South Florida Fairgrounds (9067 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach), and it is also going to feature sounds from I-Octane, Romain Virgo and Lake Worth reggae group Spread the Dub, together with this the carnival rides will also take place along with food vendors tossing jerk chicken and lobster.
