                 Asus has launched a series of the smartphone which has become very popular. Earlier, the company was not very famous for its smartphones. However, the amazing launches in the last year have made the company stand out in a different position. The range includes Asus Zenfone Max Pro, M1, Max Pro M2, and the flagship, Asus Zenfone 5Z. Now, Asus has launched the all-new flagship named Asus zenfone 6Z.

The new device has completely changed the perspective that people had towards the Asus smartphones. Asus 5Z boys designed to compete with OnePlus 6 and the latest one is made for competing with OnePlus 7. We house used the device rigorously for two months and now we have come up with the detailed review of Asus Zenfone 6Z.

Asus Zenfone 6Z Detailed Review

Design

The smartphone has a premium glass back covering, which is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The complete smartphone body has been made with aluminum and this makes it a bit heavy. It is clean and looks premium. The device is a bit hefty and is completely premium and is just similar to OnePlus 7. However, the date is slightly less than OnePlus 7. There is a flipping camera along with the weight of the fingerprint sensor at the rear side. Additionally, there is a blue colored Asus labeling on the bottom side.

The only downside is that it doesn’t come with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. It has USB type c charging port, 3.5 mm jack, which is even packing on OnePlus 7. Moreover, there is a stereo speaker and a special key which can be assigned to take specific actions.

Display

Asus Zenfone 6Z comes with a full HD LCD display, which is HDR certified. This certification means that you can stream all HDR supported videos and files on your device without any trouble. The IPS LCD screen has been in controversy because most of the other devices in the same range have an OLED screen. However, the quality of the screen is great and the viewing angles are decent enough but there is a lack of the OLED feeling. The screen is coated by Gorilla Glass 6 to protect the device from scratches.

Performance

The device is absolutely amazing and terms of performance. It outpaces all its rivals when it comes to speed and efficiency. It is powered by the most powerful and power-efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. It is the most powerful processor known in the Smartphone industry, currently.  Additionally, it has Adreno 640 GPU. We tried playing all the high-end games like pubg and fortnite at the highest possible settings. There was no sign of frame drop issue for any kind of lag. Hence, this is sufficient to prove the power of Asus zenfone 6Z.

Camera

Zenfone 6z has a flipping camera. The primary camera is 48 megapixel along with the Sony sensor. The second camera can shoot 13-megapixel pictures. They use special binning technology to capture amazing pictures. It has an ultra-wide lens for capturing broad-base images. The flipping camera has the capability of rotating from 0 to 180 degree. Hence, it allows you to capture images at different angles and this is the opportunity for the photographers to showcase their creativity. It can be used to capture some really great images.
