The film is based on 2016 Indian Army’s surgical strike in Pakistan as a retaliation of the Uri attacks. The director and writer of the movie is a debutant and has surely done wonders in the gross collection of money at the box-office. The government of Yogi Adityanath made the movie cost-free at theatres as they wanted more and more people to watch the movie. Uri hit the screens on January 11, 2019, and clashed with Anupam Kher’s ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ at the Box Office. The movie Accidental Prime Minister was a typical story based on our former prime minister Dr. ManMohan Singh who was our prime minister accidentally and how well he performed his duties. He was obviously a gentle and intelligent man. But since Uri released along with this movie thus it lost all the lime light and focus was just on this. As this movie was based on Indian Army officials and had the concept of retaliation of Uri attacks from Pakistan.
