The interesting fact about this series is that the Moto G Plus is now removed by Moto G7 Power. Moto G7

Moto G7 is the base model of this lineup and is the direct successor of Moto G6. Motorola has done a lot of customizations in the look of the smartphone compared to its predecessor. It has a teardrop notch which has a front facing camera and a 6.2-inch display with 2270 × 1080 resolution. There is thin bezel at the bottom of the screen which contains the Motorola logo. Moreover, the fingerprint sensor has now been shifted to the rear side of the phone. The Motorola logo is the new fingerprint sensor.

Motorola G7 is powered by Snapdragon 632 process of with 4GB of Ram. Additionally, the smartphone has 64GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 512gb using the micro SD card. The smartphone currently runs on Android 9.0 pie and Motorola has promised that the smartphone will be getting the Android Q update. Additionally, Moto G7 has a 3000 MAH battery. In terms of camera, Moto G7 has a 12 + 5-megapixel sensor at the rear side and 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera with auto smile capture sensor. It is available for $300.

Moto G7 Play

Motorola Moto G7 play a somewhat similar to the Motorola Moto G7 smartphone. Any difference is the smaller 5.7-inch screen. Moreover, it has the same Snapdragon 632 process of which powers the Motorola Moto G7 smartphone. It has a 2 GB RAM with 32GB of storage space and expandable memory slot. Hence, Motorola Moto G7 player is basically the entry level variant in this line. The material used in making the outer body is mostly plastic and has some microtextures. Additionally, the screen resolution is almost half at 1512 × 720.

The battery found on this device is also similar to the Motorola Moto G7 smartphone. However, the camera of Moto G7 play is a bit disappointed because it has only a single shooting camera at the back. There is only a single 13-megapixel camera on the backside and 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera. Besides, there are some minor features like hyper zoom and many others in the camera. Therefore, Moto G7 play is a lower variant in this lineup. It is priced at $200.

Moto G7 Power

As the name suggests, Moto G7 power is basically a smartphone having a huge battery life. It has a huge 5000 MAH battery which is capable of running for more than two days. Moto G7 power has a slightly better display compared to the Moto G7 play. It has a 6.2 inches screen with 1520 × 720 resolution. Moreover, Moto G7 power is powered by the same Snapdragon 632 processor and 3GB of Ram like other variants in this lineup. Additionally, it has 32 GB of storage space along with an expandable micro SD slot.

The camera here is again disappointing because there is only a single 12-megapixel sensor at the rear side and an 8-megapixel front-facing the camera. Hence this smartphone is all about battery life. It will be available for $250. Therefore, you can choose one of these and pre-order right away.
