The Indian cricket team is planned to tour New Zealand in 2019 in the month of January and February for a limited overs series. In this series, the teams will play five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches.
The series will start from 23rd January 2019 and will conclude on 10th February 2019. Talking about the T20I matches, it will take place on a similar day as the consistent women’s fixtures at the similar locations.
India is going to play five matches One Day International series trailed by three Twenty20 Internationals in contradiction of the Blackcaps New Zealand. The tour will inaugurate with its first ODI held in Napier. The opening match will be followed by two other matches in Mount Maunganui venue on January 26 and 28 as well as in Hamilton on January 31 and the ultimate 50 over a match in Wellington on February 3.
India vs New Zealand T20I series will be held on 6th, 8th and 10th February 2019. On the other hand, the ODI series will be held on 23rd, 26th, 28th and 31st January 2019.
The T20I match will be inaugurated in Wellington Regional Stadium, Wellington venue. While the following other two T20I matches will be held on Eden Park, Auckland and Seddon Park, Hamilton venues respectively.
The practice for the five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches is going on and both the teams will give a great competition to each other. India, on the other hand, is doing a great job in maintaining its position in overall matches. Thus, there will a huge expectation from team India to do its best in the series. The captain of team India in both One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 International (T20I) will be Virat Kohli and the vice-captain will be Rohit Sharma.
