                    Emmy Awards 2019 Show Time, Host And Nominations: The Emmy Awards or rather we should call it as the Oscars of television regards the work of the actors from their past acclaimed shows. It takes the actors back to the red carpet and they also try to look pleased even after when they lose. From the Handmaid’s tale to Game of Thrones, Phoebe Waller-Bridge to Henry Winkley there are some stiff competitions for the awards later in this autumn.

When is the Emmy Awards?

The annual Emmy Awards will be held for the 71st time. It will air live from the Microsoft Theater at L.A. It will be telecasted live on Sunday on 22nd September at 1 a.m. BST. While US viewers can watch over on the Fox and it is not expected that it will be broadcasting for UK viewers. However, you can watch via the Emmys website. Facebook page, YouTube channel and additionally the red carpet arrivals will be shown via the YouTube Channel.

Emmy Awards Host 2019

The award show will not have any host this year just as most of the recent Oscars did not have any host. Fox CEO Charlie Collier announced in the month of August that there will be no host but there will be definitely an opening number. When Collier was asked whether anyone has approached to host the shows it was said that it had a lot many names on the board but the conclusion was reached this year that we were highlighting so many shows. It was a better use of the time.

Nominations for the Emmy Award 2019

There will be entertainment and there will be an opening number. If you look at the trade-offs in a show like the Emmys so often then you must be realizing it is a trade-off between the opening acts and using the time elsewhere.  There will be many surprises for the night and it will be entertaining.

A slate of many British actors and artists have been nominated this year with Phoebe Waller. Bridge’s Fleabag Season 2 nominated for 11 Emmys with acting nods for Sian Clifford, Olivia Colman, and the Waller-Bridge also.
