2019 WWE Stomping Grounds Results And Recap; Seth Rollins Retained Universal Championship Title

               WWE Stomping Grounds 2019 was held yesterday on 23 June 2019 at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington. The event was produced by WWE for their Raw, SmackDown, and 205 Live brands.

There was the total number of nine matches that were challenged at the event which also comprises of one on the pre-show. Seth Rollins defeated Baron Corbin In the main event, in a no count out, no disqualification match in order to retain the Universal Championship with Lacey Evans who was the special guest referee at the event.

The additional other prominent matches also saw Kofi Kingston defeated Dolph Ziggler in a steel cage match in order to retain the WWE Championship. Also, in order to win the United States Championship Ricochet defeated Samoa Joe, and Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre.

Cruiserweight Championship

Becky Lynch (c) defeated Lacey Evans through submission in order to retain the title in a hard-fought contest on WWE Stomping Grounds. The finish of the match came after a pair of near falls from Evans and then Lynch applied her Dis-Arm-Her submission in order to get the immediate tap out.

Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs The New Day

Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn defeated The New Day through pinfall. Owens trip up Woods from the top rope and attached with a stunner to mark an emotional pin that saw him as well as Zayn celebrating wildly.

United States Championship

Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre

WWE Championship (Steel Cage Match)

Kofi Kingston (c) defeated Dolph Ziggler through door escape in order to retain the title.
