Qualified Teams
Four teams have reserved their seats in the top 4 of Nations League finals. These teams are England, Portugal, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Switzerland from Group 2 defeated Belgium with a score of 5-2 making its place in the top 4 finalists. England topped the Group 4 meanwhile, Portugal topped the Group 3. The Netherlands from the Group 1 marked its place in top 4 finalists after a draw of 2-2 with Germany.
The fixture of the UEFA Nations League finals
The fixtures for the Nations League finals were decided through a draw on December 3. The draw took place at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, Ireland.
England will face the Netherlands and Portugal will face Switzerland in their semi-finals.
The two matches are scheduled to be played in June 2019. The semi-finals will take place on June 6, 2019, and June 7, 2019. After the two matches, final will be played on June 9, 2019.
The first semi-final will be played between Portugal and Switzerland on June 6, 2019, at 12:15 AM in Estádio do Dragão, Porto. On the other hand, the second semi-final will be played between Netherlands and England on June 7, 2019, at 12:15 AM in Estádio D. Afonso Henriques, Guimaraes.
The final will take place between the winners of both semi-finals on June 9, 2019. The time and venue for the match is not decided yet but will be confirmed soon.

The sale of tickets for the Nations League 2019 finals started on January 30, 2019, at 1 PM (GMT).
75 percent of the seats are reserved for the fans of the participating teams and rest are for a general public that wishes to see the tournament. Fans can apply for the tickets through the official website of UEFA after creating a UEFA account. An account can book up to four tickets.

UEFA Nations League finals prize money
Every tournament has its own prize money other than the trophy. The teams those reach final will settle their account with €4.5 million whether they win or lose the final.
The winner will receive €6m while the Runner-up, third and fourth teams will receive €4.5m, €3.5m, and €2.5m respectively. The winner of the tournament will receive both €4.5m and €6m. It means the winner will fill up its pocket with €10.5m.
